Use of the Kano model and sensory evaluation in the development of an iron supplement for women

Abstract The study presents an alternative for the preparation of questions using Kano model to evaluate presentation a powdered, water‐soluble supplement. results were used develop formulation containing chelated Fe‐peptides women. experiment was carried out in two steps: (a) online survey determine satisfaction with powdered iron supplement relation other presentations, and flavor preference, (b) sensory evaluation formulations developed.
